This team is responsible for managing and understanding the incoming funnel of business projects that ICT manage. This is a large and exciting portfolio of work that will offer you plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.A key responsibility for this role is to assist with the administration, coordination, analysis, and reporting of the incoming funnel of projects received from the business. Having a good understanding of the problem we are trying to solve will ensure that each project is appropriately framed for our delivery teams to pick up and implement. This will require you to proactively engage with relevant parts of the team to facilitate the understanding of project scope and intended use where required.Assist with the development of templates and tools for project and business planning processes.Assist with the preparation of monthly and on-demand reports to update management on progress against the business plan.Assist with project administration as required.Support and train team members in using Continuous Improvement to achieve business outcomes.Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of process improvements across key business planning and project delivery procedures.Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualification in a project, planning, or strategy discipline or 1-2 years of Planning or Project Management experience.Experience with PPM, Project, and Planning tools is advantageous.Understanding of waterfall or v-model methodologies is highly advantageous.Ability to work autonomously and self-direct where required.Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Excellent attention to detail.Why You Should Join Fisher & Paykel HealthcareOur success is due to a supportive and friendly culture that fosters innovation and an achievement-driven and focused team.
