About the role:
As the Strategy Administrator you will work closely with our planners as you undertake a range of administrative tasks that support the overall delivery of the Waikirikiri Ki Tua Future Selwyn and other strategic work, including area plans, biodiversity, transport, urban design and sustainability.

Focusing on process improvement, best practice and delivering within statutory timeframes you will:
Organise meetings and hearings and coordinate relevant administration
Manage correspondence, workshops and events with internal and external stakeholders
Develop, update and own information displayed on our sections web pages ensuring it is up to date and easy to understand
Receive, record, summarise submissions, and maintain records and databases
Process invoices
Coordinate procurement processes for the team
Help keep our teams running smoothly
About you:
Our ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who is comfortable contributing and working towards results in a group setting. An experienced administrator you will have several years' experience, especially in a local government role. Detail orientated and process driven you can use your initiative and enjoy making improvements.
You will also have:
High level digital literacy
Minute taking and report writing experience
Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
The ability to be proactive and adaptable
