About the opportunity | Te whai waahi
Are you passionate about maintaining high product quality and driving excellence in brand standards? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Lead to support and champion the Farm Source house brand program. In this pivotal role, you will ensure product quality, consistent standards, and specifications throughout the product development process and future orders. You will also play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to ethical behaviour and sustainability.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Quality Assurance for Farm Source house brands (Country Mile, 360), ensuring first-class manufacturing that aligns with brand standards.
Work closely with the Marketing team to design packaging, verifying all branding elements, product features, and data accuracy against factory specifications.
Create and execute the new article creation process in collaboration with the Category and Supply Chain teams, maintaining accurate vendor specifications and packaging dimensions.
Ensure the critical path management of all house brand orders to guarantee vendors' commitment to Delivery in Full on Time (DIFOT), including processing vendor import documentation.
Gather customer and store feedback to drive continuous improvement of house brand product and packaging specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for house brand processes, developing and maintaining a Standard Operating Procedure for stakeholders to ensure consistent quality management.

With a proactive approach to managing workflows and a commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability practices, you are dedicated to upholding our brand's reputation and delivering exceptional products. Your leadership skills and ability to coach teams in best practices make you a key contributor to the success of the Farm Source house brands.
