Since their founding on 19 June 1924 as the Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board, they have grown from a small lines company to a global Group of specialist electricity companies.THE ROLEAn exciting opportunity is now available for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Management professional to join the Unison Networks team, based at their head office in Hastings.Reporting to the Network Programme Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of key non-network related projects from conception through to delivery. Such projects will be non-technical by nature, but will have a direct, or indirect, effect on the assets that comprise Unison's electricity distribution network.In addition, you will contribute, as required, to the efficient and effective delivery of Unison's Annual Works. This includes the ongoing management and refinement of Unison's Vegetation Strategy.ABOUT YOUIn this instance, we are open to candidates with varying backgrounds, possibly electrical engineering, infrastructure, civil/structural engineering, large industry, or similar.
