Strategic Project and Event Manager - Remote Strategic Project and Event Manager - Remote Nau mai haere mai – Collaborative Aotearoa are searching for an enthusiastic Strategic Project and Event Manager to join their team in Wellington!
The role will be responsible for a range of initiatives across our organisation, including supporting our annual work plan and the delivery of our bi-annual national conference.
Alongside this, you will be supporting the organisation with project management to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
We're seeking a kaimahi that is passionate about making a difference in Primary Health care, who is energised about quality improvement, has exceptional relationship management skills and is hardworking.

Key Responsibilities include: Provide project management expertise to support the execution of Collaborative Aotearoa's annual work plan.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the bi-annual national conference, ensuring a seamless and successful event.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and event objectives are aligned and achieved.
Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, accommodation, catering, and transportation.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance event attendance and engagement.
Provide on-site event management and support to ensure smooth execution.
