We provide a range of services including a 24/7 Helpline, counselling, mentoring, and educational programs to empower youth and promote their well-being.About this role:We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Fundraising, Marketing and Communications team. The role is responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of Corporate Partners and Major Donors, maximising revenue in line with agreed targets. They will manage significant relationships with funding partners including corporates, major donors, mid-level donors, trusts, grants and legacy donors and ensure Youthline develops sustainable, long term strategic partnerships that continue to grow.You will be/have:A minimum of five years' experience in relationship management or fundraising role.Experience and success raising funds from individuals and corporations.Knowledge of the philanthropic community in Aotearoa New Zealand.Experience working in the non-profit sector.Financial acumen – Budgeting and forecasting skills.High degree of professionalism.Ability to take initiative and work with a high degree of autonomy as well as being a collaborative team player.Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills.Strong communication skills including excellent presentation and proposal writing skills and proven ability to influence.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.Project management and administration skills.Research and strategic analysis skills to identify the organisation's current position, the competitive advantages as well as highlight areas for improvement.Your personal philosophy will include having a strengths-based approach to working with people, and a willingness to embrace diversity.If you fit the criteria and are interested in this role, please apply via Seek with your CV along with a cover letter detailing why you believe you are the right person for this job.
