In this role, you'll:

Be a communications superstar with confidence in managing media relations, identifying proactive opportunities, and mitigating risks. Provide top-notch strategic communications and stakeholder advice as a key business partner. Develop and craft content for various products and communication channels to enhance our work and amplify our impact. Offer collegial support and backup to fellow team members as needed. We're looking for someone with:

Strong media management skills and the ability to identify and seize proactive opportunities while managing risks. Proven experience in leading, developing, and executing communication strategies and plans. Excellent strategic and critical thinking abilities, with the knack for seeing the big picture, defining problems clearly, analysing issues, and providing sound, objective advice. Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to write clearly and concisely in plain English. Experience in internal communications. Some understanding of, and experience with, te ao Maori. On offer:
