Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer based in Highbrook Auckland, we are searching for a Strategic Channel Development Manager to focus on extracting greater value from our global markets we operate in. This role will critically evaluate how Open Country products reach the end consumer and propose efficiencies and innovation in the supply chain. You will be experienced and comfortable investigating, analysing and proposing supply chain models, in-market sales processes, property options, tax implications, legal positions, regulatory recommendations and financing. Presenting business cases for all significant structure changes to the board of Directors. Executing the plans to deliver the approved channel changes. This is a highly collaborative role, working across a high-performing global sales team. You will need to show evidence of 10 years in a commercial export role. Successful relationship management in distributor and direct customer channels. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills.
