In our work we demonstrate the core values of Whakawhanaunga, Manaaki, Ako and Whakamana.Reporting to the General Manager Housing Trust, Strategic Advisor will provide strategic and intellectual support to drive the achievement of Emerge Aotearoa Housing Trust priorities. This senior leadership role involves collaborating closely with the National Tenancy and Property Managers to enhance housing services and facilitate access to sustainable housing for those in need. The Strategic Advisor will bring a strong analytical approach to research and data collection, addressing issues, risks, and opportunities with insight and sensitivity to the housing sector.We are seeking a natural communicator with strong analytical skills, a future-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for identifying opportunities for growth within an NGO environment.
