The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Technical Director to lead our clients stormwater team during an exciting period of growth. This key leadership position will shape our clients stormwater practice across New Zealand, working with premium developers and contributing to landmark projects that are reshaping our urban landscape.

Key Responsibilities The Technical Director will:
Lead the technical delivery of stormwater solutions for commercial and industrial developments
Drive practical, cost-effective designs that meet both client objectives and compliance requirements
Guide project teams in delivering integrated development solutions
Provide strategic input at project inception to influence optimal outcomes
Mentor and develop technical professionals within the team
Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables
Contribute to business growth and market positioning
Technical Leadership The ideal candidate will bring expertise in:

Treatment device selection and design optimisation

Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent professional registration
Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience
Proven track record in land development projects
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of development economics
