With an innovative and well-resourced team, we offer turnkey solutions for all on-farm water reticulation requirements including power, pumps, pipe, and pivots.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stores & Engineering Manager to join our team. This critical role will oversee the management of stores, inventory, and engineering activities to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellence across our irrigation projects.This position will manage 3-4 Stores employees and 7 Engineers along with an experienced Engineering foreman to help with day-to-day activities in the workshop. The workshop performs a variety of tasks, including internal vehicle repairs, fabricating Roto Rainer parts for our service team, and selling componentry at the Point of Sales front store to clients. This role is the service backbone for the entire organization, and the right candidate will be able to drive continuous improvement and have an advanced understanding of H&S in both field and workshop-based environments.Purpose:Management and motivation of Store & Engineering staff to maximize performance. Overview of the store and workshop and its day-to-day functions. Schedule jobs for the workshop to replenish stock sold to internal and external clients. Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce wait times for parts and increase workflow productivity.
