ABOUT THE JOB We are currently looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our team in Balclutha. This position offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to manage their own territory , with the support of the Technical Team. You will be responsible for maintaining high inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. You will serve to maximise space utilisation as defined by operating KPls. Work alongside the Technical Team to ensure spare parts are available and prepared for maintenance technicians to execute tasks efficiently.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday– Friday between 8.00am and 4:30pm .
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary Use and maintain a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking spare parts, and the maintenance history of plant equipment. Managing the receipt and inventory control of spare parts, project equipment and consumables at the site Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key suppliers and contractors. About you ABOUT YOU You will have an NCEA qualification or equivalent.
You are self-motivated, thrive in a detail-focused environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
