We work closely with our parent company in Japan – WoodOne.The Role:We are seeking a Stores Coordinator to join our team at our Mills in Kaitaia. You will be part of a small team working closely with our procurement, production and maintenance teams to ensure that all stores functions are operated and maintained efficiently through planning and scheduling. You will support manufacturing to ensure no stock outs and assist with the standardisation of stores processes and systems in collaboration with other Stores Coordinators across JNL.This is a full time position working 40 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:Align Stores planning with the JNL business plan, in line with JNL objectivesDevelop and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliersEnsure the safety and security of the store items to prevent loss due to theft or wastageMaintain minimum stock levels for critical inventory items and ensuring overstocking is minimisedMaintain high level of housekeeping within the stores areaAttend to inward and outward goods within the stores controlProcess invoices, packing slips & purchase ordersPurchase stock items and make them available to staff on a timely basisQualifications and Experience:A full current driver's licenceA good working knowledge of MSOfficeThe ability to learn new systems quicklyGood general computer literacy and numeracy skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious stores experience and a mechanical aptitude (/electrical knowledge would be a definite advantage but not essential)NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work VisaWhat's in it for you:Learning and development opportunities to support your careerStaff Superannuation SchemeLife insurance and Discounted Medical InsuranceLong service awards and leaveIf you want to work in a down to earth, hardworking team environment, focused on continuous improvement and sustainability please apply today.For more information on our business please visit http://www.jnl.co.nz.
