Storeroom Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Storeroom Assistantto join our team at Havelock North New World Team. The successful candidatewill be responsible for maintaining the storeroom and supporting the overalloperations of the supermarket.
Days and Hours:
Tuesday- Saturday
1pm-10pm
Key Responsibilities:
Unloading trucks and delivery vans.
Scanning off all products that come through the back door ensuringthe quantities received match the pick slips / invoices.
Maintainaccurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
Organizeand arrange products in the storeroom for easy access.
Ensurethe storeroom is clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
Qualifications:
Previousexperience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience operating a forklift with a current OSH certificate orthe ability to gain one.
Strongorganizational and time management skills.
Abilityto lift and move heavy items.
Attentionto detail and accuracy.
Goodcommunication and teamwork skills.
