We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated Storeperson/Warehouse Assistant to join our growing Warehousing team!
The team are highly productive, working in a supportive environment with great opportunities for progression and development.
This position would suit someone new to stores/warehouse environments or someone who brings warehousing experience – we are open to hearing from everyone.

Reporting to our Warehouse Supervisor, this position works closely with our internal field teams where you'll receive and process internal and external orders that keep our works programme running.
You'll maintain effective communication with our key suppliers and key internal customers and assist with the coordination of warehouse and general stores functions at our Glasgow Rd site.
You must demonstrate exemplary health and safety practices and ensure good housekeeping and ensure accurate processing of orders.
This position works 45 hours per week , 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday .
Due to the nature of our business, there is the requirement to participate in the afterhours roster on a one in three-week basis and ideally you will have some flexibility to assist on weekends as required.
This is a hands-on role where you'll get stuck in, problem solve, be proactive and contribute to a positive, productive team culture.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Enthusiasm, commitment, and high work ethic are essential You may have no warehousing experience, or you may have extensive warehousing or logistics experience, we are keen to hear for you either way Electrical distribution industry knowledge is advantageous, but not essential Class 2 and forklift licence would be great; however, training will be provided if you don't already hold these Adherence to health and safety standards always, and an ambassador for safe working practices across our site Proactive, clear, and consistent engagement and communication skills Be tech savvy – must be able to use basic Microsoft applications and have ability to learn other inventory and database systems Demonstrate initiative to problem solving to gain the best outcome for our customers and our team The perks There's too many to list!
