Job Description Our Archerfield Branch has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to join the team. To hit the ground running you'll bring with you a commitment to customer service and willingness to learn; we can teach you the rest.
With no two days being the same (there's always new products and tasks to learn), you will have the full support of the Branch team.
Here's a bit about the role:
General warehousing duties including:
receipting incoming stock and storing in allocated areas
ensuring all picking/packing operations are completed accurately
taking responsibility for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the warehouse
adhering to relevant OH&S directives
With the above being your primary responsibility, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and provide assistance to our internal sales/customer service team including:
assisting with customer inquiries, both counter and phone
assisting to provide accurate and prompt pricing of the Applied range
establishing and maintaining strong customer rapport
general branch housekeeping
Desired Skills and Experience Here's a bit about you:
You're naturally a team player who is driven by a desire to exceed expectations. You'll also possess the following:
experience in a small warehouse role (preferable but not essential)
strong mechanical aptitude
strong prioritisation and multitasking skills
good communication skills, both written and verbal
strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build strong internal and external relationships
valid driver's license preferred but not essential
