Profile Polymers Ltd (PPL) is 100% New Zealand owned and operated and is located right here in the Waikato. PPL manufactures and supplies a wide range of extruded profiles from both flexible and rigid plastic and injection moulded components. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient picking, packing, and dispatching of products to our customers, as well as managing both inwards and outwards goods within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Customer Services and Operations to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Pack goods according to PPL quality standards, ensuring they are optimized for transport.
Maintain organized storage areas for raw materials and finished products, including off-site logistics centers.
Work with the Production Team Leader to manage the transfer of raw materials and stock levels.
Accurately record returned PPL coils, noting quantities and arranging rebates where applicable.
Ensure proper documentation of incoming materials, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
Adhere to safety, quality, and traceability standards for all inwards and outgoing goods.
Ensure compliance with Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) requirements for product handling and storage.
Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a stores or warehousing role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Licenses/Certifications: Forklift license and/or relevant equipment certifications (e.g., Overhead Crane) - Desirable.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
