To assist in the safe and efficient operation of a cold store.We are looking for an experienced storeperson/forklift operator who can assist in the day-to-day operation of our facility at Sulphur Point based at the Port of Tauranga. Assisting with product movement, and completing associated tallying, scanning and documentation. Previous experience working in a cold store would be an advantage.
Attributes required for this position: an energetic and enthusiastic attitude attention to detail ability to juggle various workloads excellent communication skills with a positive attitude a commitment to workplace health and safety a minimum of 12 months forklift/warehouse experience a current OSH Forklift Certificate good numeracy and analytical skills physically fit a good work record an ability to work in frozen and chilled environments bar code scanning experience would be an advantage a desire to contribute towards an innovative and progressive company legally entitled to work in New Zealand This is a great opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic person to join a great team.
