They are currently looking for3 new team membersfor roles that involvesUsing the Counterbalance andReach,Materials Handling and Quality Controlin their Assembly and Sheetmetal divisions.
These are permanent full-time roles, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Plenty overtime available if it is desired.
Day Shift:Hours: Mon – Fri, 6:45am – 3:15pm
Afternoon Shift:Hours: Mon – Fri, 3:15pm – 11;15pm
About the Roles:
Assigned to various lines you will be responsible for the movement of raw materials and finished products and performing both Materials Handling and Quality Control duties.
Support the day-to-day manufacturing operation, by moving the correct raw materials and components ready for the days production.With your supervisor create a material movement plan to support this.Working off a plan to make sure the right materials are delivered to the right production lines.Replenishing stock throughout the day.Unloading, loading, and putting goods awayConfidently using a forklift, reach and counterbalanceUndertaking quality checks, inspecting products for their correct dimensions, materials, and performanceInspection of samples of component and unitsReporting finding including the failure rateProvide reporting of returns and defectsCheck goods as they arrive from productionThe Rewards: Starting Rate: $26 per hourSkills based pay increasesPlenty of overtime, longer hours or Saturday work, if desired.Training and upskillingCareer progression opportunitiesA positive company cultureSubsidized onsite caféFree car parking, uniformsDiscounted health insuranceOpportunity to work with a great teamAbout You: Confident user of a Fork Hoist.
