Storeperson/Administrator

Tatuais seeking a highly motivated Storeperson/Administratorto join ourEngineering Services team. The role is based on a five day Monday to Fridayworking week.
Key responsibilities will include:
Management of purchaseorders
Issue and purchase ofengineering parts
Providing generalassistance to the Stores Team Leader
Stock taking, inventorycontrol and general upkeep of the Engineering stores
Receipt of goods andinvoice matching with accounts
Providing admin supportto Engineering and Project Managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
Exceptional interpersonaland communications skills
Self-motivation andinitiative
Planning and organisingskills
Proficiency in the use ofMicrosoft Office applications
Experience in the abovelisted key responsibilities
Prior experience with acomputerized maintenance management system.
