(Did you know we have the major market share in toys?).You'll be collaborating with others by contributing your own skills, knowledge, and experience to help bring value, execute various strategies, provide guidance, deliver projects, and ultimately achieve success as a team.We're looking for a high-energy individual who wants to take this role and own it. We love initiative, so your ability to make things happen, influence at all levels, and build strong connections will help you be successful. You'll need to be comfortable being visible and working at pace, demonstrate confidence in meetings, and have exceptional communication skills. You'll need to be proactive and a problem solver to create and deliver clear milestones and plans for execution.For your category, you will own and drive:Promo implementation, trade queries, stock flow support, MTEs, category performance, range in and outsVisual Merchandising (including layout training and reset)An optimised customer experienceStore execution documents and guidesOur diverse Trading Support team likes to have fun and offers you various levels of expertise, experience, and backgrounds to draw on. If you have any experience with tech or toys and leisure, you could also have a real chance here!This is a role that gives you high exposure to various people and departments around our business, so your transferable skills and strong relationships could really help strengthen your career opportunities for the future.
