This role involves issuing stock using the Oracle Inventory System, stock picking, maintenance of records and the efficient onwards distribution of all goods issued from Inventory. This includes maintaining a customer-focused service with the highest professional service level to the organisation. You will be required to cover Inwards Goods, Cyclic Store staff, purchasing and transport as and when required.
This position requires physical lifting with regular walking between departments and stores. There is data entry and computer work, so some computer knowledge is required. As part of a team, you will be required to help with the everyday housekeeping of the department.
About You We are looking for people with the following skills:
Oracle experience is beneficial but in-house training on Oracle Inventory module and Bar Coding module provided.
Knowledge of hospital departments and wards would be desirable.
Full Drivers Licence.
