Key Responsibilities are as follows:. Should have the knowledge of Indian spices 
, Ensuring that every customer receives excellent
service.
, Ensuring the store Is presented at Its very best at all times.
, Managing and motivating your team to align with company values and expectations.
, Meeting sales targets.
, Assist the store Manager in Planning and managing rosters and wages.
, Maintaining up to date knowledge, through training, in your team regarding new product and the company.
, Assist the store Manager in stock Management.
, Handling customer concerns when necessary and ensuring the customer is satisfied withthe resolved issue and service you have provided.
Qualification and Experience is optional for this Role. Full training will be provided. Must have indian spices and Food knowledge.
