A great opportunity to work for a premium ladies fashion boutique and take control of fashion advising as the designated store stylist. The Role: We are looking for a part-time Store Stylist to join this high-end women's fashion boutique in Northern Christchurch. This role will see you support the Store Manager and focus primarily on fashion advising and customer service. Driving sales and KPIs, customer engagement and team member coaching and development. Identify areas of opportunity for your store and team in a high-profile space. Most importantly, you will thrive with customer service and put customers ahead of all else. The role & responsibilities: An exceptional salesperson: somebody who enjoys working with fashion and creating a great customer experience. Ensure efficient operation of your store to excel in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels. Work with the store manager to motivate your team to achieve targets and provide stand-out customer service. Closely monitor and track store sales - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity. Opening and closing of the store on Store Manager's days off. Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place. Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation. Benefits & Culture: Staff discounts and product allowance. Above market hourly pay rate at $25-$28 per hour depending on experience. Tuesday-Saturday, up to 25 hours. Have the opportunity to wear and work amongst premium products. Be truly passionate about working in fashion and customer service. Enjoy leading & inspiring a team to succeed. Have a history of driving sales and meeting KPI's and targets. A knack for stock control and visual merchandising. Must be living in and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand - NZ / Aus Citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency.
