We're currently hiring for our next Store Manager at our Whangarei outlet store.The WHAT?This opportunity is for 40 Hours per week working Tuesday to SaturdayAs a Store Manager of this location, you will:Run the daily operations of your storeUse your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer's needsComplete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certifiedLearn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fittingExcel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.Commit to our 2024 blackout period; Monday 25th November 2024 - Wednesday 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025.
