About the Role This position is responsible for overall store operations, sales profitability and staff management. Operating an efficient, productive and profitable business is a key focus, as well as providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships. This is a challenging and hands-on role which requires an experienced people manager to lead staff, grow the business and maintain and build relationships.
