About You
You are a passionate and inspiring people person, ready to lead your team to success with integrity and care. Our customer is our focus; you will set the store precedent with extraordinary customer service, strong communication, disciplined retail processes, and entrepreneurial sales.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
Develop, train, and succession plan your team to increase productivity
Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
Roster your team in line with the store's trading profile
Experience Required:
Proven retail experience
Ability to manage and lead a small team
High standards of customer service delivery
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm and self-motivation
Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities
