We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager who can lead and inspire, blending people skills with strategic thinking.
As the Store Manager of our Queenstown Superstore, you'll have the opportunity to guide and mentor a team, oversee marketing and advertising efforts, and drive your store's performance to new heights.
About the Role: In this full-time position, you'll be managing one of our Superstores, where customers shop across all three of our brands: Number One Shoes, Hannahs, and Hush Puppies.
Role: Store Manager Location: Queenstown Roster: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday (8:45am - 17:15pm) What You'll Do: Use your retail and leadership experience to foster a customer-centric environment.
Lead and develop a passionate team, creating a culture of excellence in customer service.
Drive store performance by developing and executing business plans, and motivating your team with KPIs.
Thrive in a hands-on environment, including handling physically demanding tasks.
Manage stock with precision, ensuring accurate levels and processes.
What We're Looking For: Proven success in retail management or team leadership.
A passion for leading and developing people, coupled with a customer-first approach.
Motivation to achieve both individual and team targets.
An engaging, positive attitude with a flair for retail.
A love for fashion and a keen eye for merchandising.
