Key Duties:

Providing an outstanding customer experience

Leading and inspiring the team to do the same

Develop, mentor and succession planning a team

Administration duties

An eye for detail, a passion for interiors and a love of visual merchandising

About you:

Previous management experience in a retail or sales setting

Enjoy developing existing relationships & building new clientele

Proven sales results, consistently achieving targets and KPI's

Organised and solid administration skill set

Exceptional customer focus

Ability to build an instore culture that is team-based and positive
