The end-to-end service we offer means customers can rely on us to ensure they walk out with the right product for them – through live demonstrations, the best support and advice, and delivering and installing purchases.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your store - from the team to the customers, finances, marketing, and visual merchandising.
You will engage and motivate your team to bring technology out of the box, off the shelf, and to life, sparking customers' imagination through advice, education, and live demonstrations.
The store team is diverse and provides a full end-to-end service to the customer.
From service in-store to delivery, set-up, and support in customers' homes, you will oversee the team to deliver this.
Qualifications We need someone who is passionate about technology, our products, and what we do.
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities should come easy to you, and you should pride yourself on your coaching and leadership skills.
You will already be commercially savvy and demonstrate a good understanding of retail and what drives business performance.
We're looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality who believes that service and relationship-building with customers is key.
Ideally, you will have: Proven management experience and significant retail experienceThe skills to recruit, motivate, coach, and develop team members to help them achieve successStrong communication ability to positively influence and engage with your team and customersCompetence in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, budgets, executing plans, reporting, and maintaining a safe environmentResilience and adaptability to drive changeAdditional Information What can we offer you?
