ABOUT THE ROLE
This Branch Manager role will work Tuesday- Saturday in our Hallensteins New Plymouth Branch where you will be responsible for the overall running of the store, including:
Recruiting and retaining a high performing team with a particular focus on team training and development.
Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets.
Managing day-to-day operational deadlines such as rosters and wage management.
Maintaining store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising and stock management.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will have worked in a retail management or supervisory role, along with:
A genuine interest in fashion and a career in retail!
Proven experience in a leadership position where you managed, supported, and engaged a high-performing working environment.
Strong organisational and administration skills to ensure daily operational activities are executed to a high standard.
Amazing communication skills to connect with our customers and achieve sales targets and KPIs through your expert product knowledge and passion for Hallensteins.
Most of all, you will bring stacks of enthusiasm and high energy to the store environment - creating the friendly family vibe Hallensteins is known for!
