Thisincludes delivering the store's business strategy and executing the visionaccordingly. Additionally,you will focus on building and maintaining a high-performance team.What will you bring?Extensive Experience: Over 5 years ofsenior-level experience in a big-box or large-format retail environment,ideally within the home improvement sector. Your extensive background inleading large teams and a sound understanding of merchandising and retaildesign are essential.Commercial Acumen: A seasoned retailprofessional focused on achieving business goals, you excel in all aspects ofstore operations, including sales, financials, HR, health and safety,marketing, customer experience, merchandising standards, stock integrity, pointof sale, security, and administration.Proven Track Record: Demonstratedsuccess in meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.
