Reporting to the Company Director and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store and sales team, along with involvement in product sourcing, brand, and market research. Experience in retail management is preferred; however, we are open to passionate people looking to move to the retail industry with different backgrounds and experience. There is also the opportunity to assist with international and national buying. In this role, you will be: Leading and coaching the team, encouraging collaboration and personal development.
