We're looking for a results-driven Store Manager to take the helm at Mitre 10 MEGA Albany.
In this senior role, you'll oversee the store's strategy and operations, driving its continued growth and success.
Reporting to the Chief Retail Operations Officer, you'll be responsible for:Developing and executing the business strategy, ensuring every part of the store aligns with our vision and values.Inspiring a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and sales results.Upholding operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, HR, health & safety, financial management, and customer service.What You'll BringLeadership Expertise: Over 5 years in senior-level retail management, preferably in a big-box or large-format environment.
Experience in the home improvement or related sectors is a strong advantage.Commercial Acumen: A track record of exceeding sales and profit targets while maintaining efficient store operations.People-First Approach: Proven ability to engage, inspire, and grow a diverse team, creating a positive and collaborative workplace culture.Operational Savvy: Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, stock integrity, sales forecasting, and store administration.Compliance Focus: Strong understanding of New Zealand health & safety and employment laws.Customer Passion: A drive to enhance the customer journey and foster long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Why Join Us?At Mitre 10 MEGA Albany, you'll be part of a team that's serious about growth, innovation, and making an impact in the lives of our customers.
