We are looking for an incredible leader to come and manage our collaborative Orakei team.If you have a passion for motivating a team, love interiors, a positive attitude, and a love for retail, then you are the kind of person we are looking for. The successful candidate will be a high-performing retail manager with a proven track record for building a great team culture as well as delivering results.Who are we?A&C Homestore is a local home and lifestyle brand that designs & curates thoughtful homewares, furniture, fashion, and gifts. Proudly New Zealand owned since 2015, we operate four physical stores nationwide as well as a busy ecommerce store.We are looking for:Strong leadership skills in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their goalsConfident communication with staff, customers & suppliersCustomer focused and amazing sales skillsGenuine interest in interior design, with the drive to continuously upskill your teamNatural ability to maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring displays are fresh and enticing each weekMaintain store cleanliness, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure smooth daily operationsAdministrative duties: Handle daily cash reconciliation, manage store budgets, and prepare sales reportsThis role is Tuesday - Saturday.
