The store is opening early 2025, with the role commencing January 2025.
What does an Early Settler Store Manager do?
Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall storeperformance
Drives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement ofKPI's
Ensures a customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and genuine customerexperience
Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstandingresults
Focuses on commercial results and ensures their team have a clear understanding of storeperformance
Be a product knowledgeexpert
Adheres to all company behaviours, policies, andprocedures
Ensures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment (including OH&S)

You are driven and passionate about making a difference with yourcustomers
A reputation for your outstanding customer focus, relationship building skills and ability to deliverresults
Proven experience leading and coachingteams
Ability to manage budgets, drive KPI's, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficientrosters
Exceptional organisational abilities and delegation skills
Honesty, integrity, and open communication
A strong work ethic, commitment to adding value and ability to roll up your sleeves to get the jobdone
