In this role you'll be responsible for leading a team of salespeople to provide technical sales advice and services to a range of agricultural customers. You will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the store in line with company strategy and values, and you will work with the wider team in the region to grow our market share and business presence in the community.Administration, compliance, inventory and staff management are also important parts of this role, so you'll be computer savvy with strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
