We're seeking a motivated and ambitiousStore Manager to join our team in Martinborough. Our brand new 900m2 flagship store is the largestin the North Island and as a key member of our senior leadership team, you'llplay a pivotal role in continuing to drive store growth and lead a team ofleaders.
This could be the start of yourown potential store ownership journey. Wehave a transparent development program providing a clear roadmap to helpsupport your journey with the Store Mastery Programme & LeadershipDevelopment, including assistance with any required sign-offs.
The Role As Store Manager you will plan,lead, communicate, organise, and control the day-to-day running of the store toachieve the highest possible standards. Working with our Financial Controlleryou will be responsible for store financial performance to an EBITDAlevel. Focused on achieving operationalexcellence, you'll take a hands-on approach to lead your team and deliverexceptional results.
