Camel Borman Limited T/A Camel Kebab is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Store Manager in the Hamilton region. We are looking for responsible candidates who can oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth running of the business, and meet the financial goals of the store.You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards, and driving sales through effective management strategies:Supervise daily operations to achieve financial goals and optimize resource use.Lead and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional customer service that is timely, friendly, and knowledgeable.Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.Drive sales through the implementation of effective promotional strategies and ensure that all deals and offers are clearly communicated to customers.Handle financial management, including budgeting, transaction tracking, and reporting to senior management.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, keeping the environment safe and clean for both staff and customers.Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring adherence to store policies and operational standards.Oversee inventory management by ordering and restocking items, negotiating with suppliers, and sourcing new suppliers when necessary.Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring cleanliness, staff appearance, and overall service quality meet expectations.Ensure food preparation adheres to quality standards and consistency, reflecting the store's expectations.Manage customer orders, promote menu items, and actively communicate current offers and promotions.Inspire and guide the team by setting clear targets, providing constructive feedback, and rewarding outstanding performance.Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to meet store objectives effectively.Coordinate deliveries and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.Work Hours and BenefitsRequired to work for a minimum of 30 hours per weekPaid between $30 to $34 per hourOther Requirements:12 months of relevant work experience is mandatoryAvailable to work on weekendsTeam worker and good at managing time.Physically fit to stand for a longer durationHardworking and passionate individualAttention to detailExcellent organisational skillsStrong problem-solving skillsCapable of managing confidential and sensitive information efficientlyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftWeekend availability
