Store Manager

Details of the offer

The Store Manager has primary responsibility for the operating profit of their site
and ensure their store builds and maintain its reputation for providing excellent
customer service to encourage customer loyalty. The Store Manager is responsible for
growing retail sales in all categories and for identifying and implementing best practice
in all functions of the business. The Store Manager is expected to be first and foremost
a leader of their team, to lead by example, through their actions and by maintenance of
excellent relationships, disciplines and processes. This position ensures competent,
capable employees are recognized and developed through ongoing training
> 3 years Management experience required
> business certifcate/diploma level 6 or above
