Store Manager

The Brand:
You'll be joining an established retailer with a large network of stores across Australia and New Zealand selling a range of fashion, accessories and products for all occasions. You'll be working alongside inspiring retail leaders as they continue to take the brand on a new journey. You'll have the autonomy to run the Dunedin Store which you'll be able to make your own.

$60k-$65k+ base salary
The Job:
As Store Manager you'll have proven experience in a similar role, and you'll also be responsible for but not limited to:
Maintaining & driving KPI's, Sales and Budgets
Develop and train a small team
Maintaining a loyal customer base
Management of stock and web fulfilment
Operational tasks including - rosters, stocktakes, banking, merchandising
HR Functions - Recruitment, performance reviews & terminations
About you:
We are looking for someone with a can-do positive attitude with proven experience in a similar role, you'll also be:
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
At least 3+ years of retail management experience
Strong understanding and proven results in retail operations
Ability to motivate and drive your team
A passion for sales and customers
All applicants must have Full New Zealand Residency/VISA.
