With a range of collections to choose from in their beautiful retail store, they also offer specialised interior designer services. We are seeking a dedicated manager to join them and run their Christchurch CBD Store. Your role will include but not be limited to: Driving store sales targets & various KPIs Leading and motivating your small team of up to 5 staff Merchandising and styling the showroom maintaining high standards Overseeing people functions - recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management Growing the Interior Design services as well as creative thinking to establish a bigger client base Ensuring you deliver a high level of professionalism and presentation Managing all store administration - stock and inventory, stocktake, liaising with suppliers, rosters, reporting, and more. About you: Must have at least 3+ years of experience in premium retail management including either furniture/homewares or interior design An enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and driven personality who can work as part of a team as well as autonomously Ability to manage a high degree of problem-solving and logical thinking Professional, well presented with strong written and verbal communication Passionate about premium interiors and the fashion industry keeping up to date with the latest trends Must have full NZ Working rights; unfortunately, no sponsorship visas will be supported.
