We have an opportunity in 2024 for a dynamic and inspiring Boutique Manager in the beautiful Christchurch Tannery Boutique.

We now have 18 boutiques throughout New Zealand and a loyal following of KILTies that know and believe in our vision!

What does a Boutique Manager at KILT do?
Delivers personable and unique styling experiences to each and every customer, building loyalty and trust.
Maintains, represents and is proud of the beautiful and vibrant visual standards of the boutique.
Coaches and trains your team to deliver a high level of customer service.
Oversees boutique operations including stock management.
Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday - 35 hours per week.
