Store Manager

S&H Trading Limited, located in Rotorua, provides a diverse selection of premium affordable products. We are looking for a Store Manager to manage and develop our business.Summary of Job Responsibilities:Determining product mix, inventory levels, and service standardsEstablishing and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting pricesPromoting and advertising the productsSelling products and services to customers and providing advice on using themMaintaining records of inventory levels and financial transactionsMaking a budget for sales and stock managementEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsOrganising staff induction and product training for new staffRecruiting and training new & existing team membersDealing with all customer complaints and maintaining excellent service standardsQualifications/ExperienceApplicants for this role should have:At least 3 years of relevant experience in management or relevant diploma qualificationExcellent communication and organisation skillsCustomer service focusedAbility to create a strong culture within the teamWhat We Are OfferingFull time - Minimum 30 hours and maximum 45 hours per weekWage: $28 - $30/hourTraining and professional development opportunitiesThis is a great opportunity for a diverse and challenging role in a fast-paced environment.
