 S&H Trading Limited located in Rotorua provides a diverse selection of premium affordable products. We are looking for a store Manager to manage and develop our business.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:


Determining product mix, inventory levels, and service standards
Establishing and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices
Promoting and advertising the products
Selling products and services to customers and providing advice on using them.
Maintaining records of inventory levels and financial transactions
Making a budget for sales and stock management
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Organising staff induction and product training for new staff.
Recruiting and training new & existing team members
Dealing with all customer complaints and maintaining excellent service standards


Qualifications/Experience
Applicants for this role should have:


At least 3 years of relevant experience in management or relevant diploma qualification
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong Leadership qualities 
Customer Service Focused 




Create a Strong Culture within the team 


What we are offering


Full time - Minimum 30 hours and maximum 45 hours per week
Wage: $28 -$30 /hour
