We are seeking a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive the operational and commercial success of the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store management, and deliver exceptional customer service.Demand Planning & Stock Management: Manage stock levels, forecast demand to meet customer needs, and minimize waste.
Ensure timely ordering of supplies, balancing availability and cost-effectiveness.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Manage staff rosters, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with customers to gather feedback, improve service, and ensure high satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize supply chain efficiency.Business Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and grow the business, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.Performance & KPI Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, waste, and operational efficiency.
Adjust processes to continuously improve business outcomes.Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
Conduct regular financial analysis to optimize store performance.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance store efficiency and customer experience.Key Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor degree in Management or HospitalityAt least 12 months experience in managing operations, supply/demand processes, or similar roles in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Knowledge of sushi or Japanese cuisine is an advantage but not essential.Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver excellent service.Customer-Focused: Strong stakeholder management skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize operations, manage stock levels, and enhance business performance.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, suppliers, and customers.Flexibility & Initiative: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing circumstances.
