Key Responsibilities
Store Operations:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of labor.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures
Sales and Marketing:
Drive sales by implementing promotional activities and merchandising strategies.
Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
Financial Management:
Manage store budgets, including controlling expenses and optimizing profitability.
Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including training staff on safety protocols.
Address any safety issues and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Qualification/Experience _ Ideal candidates should have either relevant qualification ( Business Level 4 Certificate or Diploma ) or 3 years experience in a similar role
