About You | Mou We are looking for our next Store Manager to have: Previous retail management experience Demonstrated ability to manage a retail operation with commercial success.
The ability to build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships.
An ability to illustrate a team-first, customer-first approach to business.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing legislation and best practices.
With full responsibility for the store's performance, you will need analytical skills that allow you to identify when change is needed.
As a new Store Manager, you can expect to: Lead your team in driving trade activity and profitability.
Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store.
Lead a high-performing team in providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience.
