ABOUT THE ROLE This is a Store Manager Fixed-Term Maternity Cover role that will work Tuesday to Saturday in our Glassons Timaru Branch where you will be responsible for the overall running of the store, including: Promoting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment. Recruiting and retaining a high performing team with a particular focus on team training and development. Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets and achieve KPIs. Deliver efficiently and effectively on day-to-day operational duties such as visual merchandising, stock management and loss prevention. Effective rostering to adhere to weekly and monthly wage targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. ABOUT YOU Ideally, you will have worked in a retail management or supervisory role, along with: A genuine interest in fashion and a career at Glassons! Proven experience in a leadership position where you motivated, supported, and engaged a team to uphold a high-performing working environment. Strong organisational and administration skills to ensure daily operational activities are executed to a high standard while also delivering amazing sales results.
