Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the financial performance of the store.
Your role is to set the direction required to enable great performance and develop the same commercial focus in your managers while ensuring company standards including compliance, retail disciplines, and human resources are adhered to.
We are looking for a leader who can: Drive a customer service strategy so that the store is renowned for outstanding customer service Improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its sales turnover and managing controllable costs Ensure that your leadership team recruits, develops, and retains a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team Ensure our world-class visual merchandising standards are executed and maintained to our high levels of expectation Motivate, inspire and engage the team, creating a high-performing team committed to each other and its customers With previous experience that includes: Extensive experience managing large teams Great organisational and planning skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines A passion for excellence in customer service and sales A proven history of leading high-performing teams to success in a sales environment Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders A high level of strategic focus and a strong commercial acumen skillset About us - what we offer: We're offering a competitive salary package, with an attractive staff discount across the Farmers and James Pascoe Group along with a management incentive scheme.
